Woes of the Tamilnadu Special Police Youth Brigade

With lack of recognition, delayed salary, no number or id cards, the Tamilnadu Special Police Brigade seems to be a neglected lot. About 10,000 youth were recruited throughout the state. But it is believed that about 2,000 have already quit out of frustration and more are likely to follow suit. Known as Youth Brigade, they seem to be outsiders within the department.
